The surrounding area of Villa Sorrento near Walt Disney World is one of the fastest, up-and-coming premiere rental areas in Central Florida. The main focal point of this community is the Southern Dunes Golf Club, as well as the area’s new communities. Within the immediate area of the villa, you will find many different shops and restaurants. A local grocery store, as well as a Wal-Mart Supercenter, Aldi, Publix, and Winn Dixie, all are just minutes from the home. Along the US 27, you will also find the well-known Manny’s Chophouse, as well several other restaurants and fast food outlets. These are also available south on the 27 in Winter Haven. Simply follow the directions to Legoland and drive past the entrance about 2 miles and they all start to appear. In addition to all of the restaurants and gift shops, you will also find other activities including miniature golf and go-kart racing, all fun for the whole family. If you prefer to take advantage of some of the area’s best shopping secrets, the outlet malls are the place to go. You can pick up great merchandise at discount prices from stores including Burberry, Lacoste, Ralph Lauren, and Nike. There are two main outlet malls, one across from Disney and another up by Universal Studios.
