Why should I rent a villa and not book into a hotel?
Quite simply……cost. Hotels near Disney can be very expensive. For less than the price of one hotel room you can book our 4 bed roomed villa with its own swimming pool and spa. As our villa is equipped to high standard, you will have a holiday that will be unforgettable.
What if there are problems whilst we are staying in your property?
We have employed a local management company who will sort any problems that may arise during your stay. The details will be sent to you along with the final details before you leave for Florida.
What will we need to take with us?
The villa is furnished and equipped to a very high standard. All bedding and pillows are provided. There is a washing machine and tumble drier for your use and we even have an iron and ironing board at your disposal. You will need to provide your own food, toiletries, personal items, and consumable items. Starters of toilet paper and trash bags are provided, but you will need to provide additional supplies should you run out.
When is pool heat required?
If you are staying in our villa between October and March and want to use the pool, then the pool may require to be heated as you may find it to be a little cool, especially if you have travelled with young children. If you have not opted for the pool heat prior and find upon arrival that you require it, please contact us as soon as possible as we control the pool heating system remotely and will need to switch it on for you once payment has been received.
Is a maid service provided?
The villa is rented on a self catering basis. The villa is cleaned before your arrival and again on your departure. For you own convenience and hygiene , we have equipped the villa with a vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, mop, brushes, etc. A mid-stay clean can be provided at an additional cost to you.
Will I need a rental car?
Simply……YES!!!!!! To get the most out of your holiday and to see Orlando, a car is a must. It is very easy to drive in Florida and all roads are well signposted.
Does the villa have a phone / Wi-Fi?
The villa does have a phone. All local calls and calls to anywhere in the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico (excluding mobile phones) are free. Calls to UK landlines also are included at no additional charge. The phone will also take incoming calls so that you can be contacted if anyone needs to speak to you. For Wi-Fi, you need only bring your own wi-fi enabled device (e.g., laptop, tablet, etc.).
